First Visit

What you can expect

When you arrive for your first visit at Dr. Mazzocco’s office, you will be welcomed by our friendly front desk staff. They will show you how to use our check in computer and give a brief tour of our office. You will then be assisted by one of our treatment coordinators. She will take a series of digital photographs and an x-ray of your teeth. Dr. Mazzocco will then meet with you to conduct a thorough orthodontic evaluation. He will determine the specific course of treatment and will address any questions or concerns you may have.

Financial Flexibility

If your insurance includes coverage for orthodontics, we will contact your carrier to confirm the most recent information regarding your coverage. We will directly bill your insurance carrier. Payments from insurance companies vary, depending on your coverage. Whether they are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, each payment will be paid directly to us. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your options and work hard to accommodate you.

Payment in Full

For those who decide to pay in full, we offer a certain percentage off of your fee. Any who are interested may contact our financial coordinator for further details.

Patient Forms

As one of the first steps prior to treatment, we ask that you print and fill out our patient forms. The information from these forms allow us to craft a plan that takes your individual needs into account. Once completed, our doctor will use them to help direct your initial consultation.
